MEET MICHELLE
Hi! I’m Michelle, mom to two busy boys (Drew and Landon), wife to Travis, and teacher of reading k-4. I am also a Target frequenting, reality TV watching, boy chauffeuring, wannabe home decorator.
I taught first grade for fourteen years and being a reading specialist and literacy coach were my ultimate goal. I love all things literacy and enjoy sharing ways to make phonics and reading fun. Helping teachers to make sound instructional decisions, giving teachers resources that will help their students grow and making sure everything I share is backed in educational research is extremely important to me. Making teaching and learning exciting and saving teachers time is my mission.
My blog and social media are now filled with ideas for the classroom, your closet and home. I love creating resources for teachers, finding fashion deals, and sharing our home and decor.
