Well, week one of our St. Patty’s fun is done! We had a blast this week.
We did some St. Patty’s day centers.
We read this cute book:
Then we read:
And completed a super sweet Skittles experiment. Did you know the “S” from the Skittle will float on top of the water?
Great for your little scientist’s to observe.
We also did the glass jar with water and a flashlight experiment. We made a rainbow on our wall.
Then this morning, my sweeties came in to this activity. In addition to fun, they had a great little breakfast snack. You can find these cute toppers for free at one of my favorite blogs EVER…eighteen25.
We also did this little making words activity as a class. The kids had clipboards with the recording sheets as we worked together to make words.
We’ll continue our St. Patty’s day shenanigans next week.
We’ll read:
And complete this writing activity:

We’ll attach these adorable pics to this activity.
I also made a morning work sheet for next week if you all want it.

Hope you all have the Luck of the Irish and a great weekend.
I’ll be spending my weekend with this little leprechaun.
Wish me luck, he’s a tricky little man.
