My friend Kacey from Doodle Bugs is having a linky so I decided to join.
So here are my 5 Randoms from this week:
{ONE}
Today was 60 degrees, in Ohio, in January! So we enjoyed a little afternoon outside playing in the sun.
{TWO}
We’ve been working on measurement in school. Today we did one of my student’s favorite activities. My kiddos measured tapes of differing lengths with baby steps, craft sticks and basketball player steps. I love to watch them working together.

I’m obsessed with this app:
If you can’t already figured it out by the photos above.
I’m all about adding font to text now. You may never see a fontless photo again.
{FOUR}
I have a student teacher this semester and she’s REALLY good! PTL!!!
{FIVE}
Report cards are due this Monday so I have to get to work.
I am also going to try to have this:

I LOVE this unit in math! The basketball feet and baby feet are a ton of fun. I love that we northeasterners are having some warm weather but my students were mad that I would not let them go outside yesterday because it was raining…..something wrong with that in January.

Sounds like you had a wonderful day! Nice warm weather, fun measurement activity, and a great app! If you could, I would love to hear more about the student teaching side through your blog seeing as I will be student teaching soon! Thanks!

I recognize those little feet from Investigations! 🙂 So much cuter than the fish, hahaha.
That is the coolest measurement activity. Looks like your kiddos really loved it too! I adore seeing kids engaged in learning.
